Installation & Approval of 165 Warner on 90A

Member Cam Blazer is trying to get information that will lead to approval of a 165 Warner on a (long wing) 90A. I believe he wants to cut off the original Lambert mount and install the Warner mount. He does not want to try the route of building a new front end from the original 90AW drawings. I know Cam would appreciate any help. So far he can only find info on 145 hp approvals.
